1. About the service

SuryIA is an assistance tool for Vedic astrologers (Jyotish). The system generates natal charts, interpretations, and analyses based on astronomical calculations and artificial intelligence. SuryIA is a support tool — it does not replace the astrologer's professional judgment.

2. Account and access

  • You must provide truthful information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • Each account is individual and non-transferable.
  • New users get 14 days of free access (trial).

3. Subscription and payment

  • After the trial period, access requires an active monthly subscription.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time from the subscription panel.
  • There is no prorated refund for unused time.
  • If a payment fails, access will be suspended until it is resolved.

4. Permitted use

SuryIA is intended for professional use by astrologers. By using the service, you agree to:

  • Not use the system for illegal or unethical purposes.
  • Not resell or redistribute access to the system.
  • Not attempt to access other users' data.
  • Not overload the system with automated requests.

5. Intellectual property

The generated charts and interpretations are for the subscriber's use. The system, code, design, and knowledge base are the property of SuryIA. The Vedic knowledge base is compiled from traditional sources in the public domain.

6. Limitation of liability

SuryIA provides astronomical calculations and AI-generated interpretations as a support tool. We are not liable for decisions made based on the system's interpretations. The astrologer is the professional responsible for the consultation with their client.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced whenever possible.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
