1. Data we collect

When you use SuryIA, we collect:

• Sign-up data: name, email, and password (encrypted), or authentication via Google.
• Natives' birth data: name, date, time, and place of birth provided to generate astrological charts.
• Usage data: generated charts, chat history, and interactions with the system.
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card data.

2. How we use your data

• Generate and store Vedic astrological charts as requested.
• Keep your chart and conversation history available in your account.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Improve the quality of the service and the knowledge base.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Stripe: for payment processing.
• Google: if you choose to sign in via Google OAuth.
• Anthropic (Claude): chart data is sent to generate interpretations. No personally identifiable data is retained by Anthropic.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers (Railway) with encryption in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored with secure hashing (bcrypt). Authentication tokens use JWT with a 7-day expiration.

5. Your rights

At any time, you can:

• Access your data through your account.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Cancel your subscription from the subscription panel or the Stripe portal.

6. Cookies

We use httpOnly cookies to keep your session authenticated. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
